Kindred Services is licensed by the Department of Human Services (DHS) to provide Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) to individuals with disabilities and persons aged 65 and older in the state of Minnesota. As a licensed provider, we are committed to upholding the standards set forth in Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 245A and Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 245D. Our services are designed to provide support and assistance to said individuals, allowing them to live as independently as possible in their own homes and communities.
